BENCHMARK INTERNATIONAL NOMINATED FOR UK AND USA M&A AWARDS
2015 has been an exciting and prosperous year for Benchmark International and clients alike, bolstered by the M&A industry’s continued resurgence.
To underline this most recent period of success, both the US and UK divisions of Benchmark International have been recognized by the Annual M&A Advisor Awards, which will take place in New York this November.
Recognizing the dealmakers, firms and transactions leading the way in today’s M&A industry, this year’s M&A Advisor Awards see Benchmark International nominated in the following categories:
Investment Banking Firm of the Year
Investment Banker Dealmaker of the Year
Cross-border Deal of the Year
Sale of shares to Synergetics USA, Inc. by Sterimedix Ltd
Technology Deal of the Year
Sale of Rx30
The M&A Advisor Awards will, no doubt, be hard fought and being shortlisted is a huge honor. We very much look forward to the results being announced in November and we would like to extend our best wishes to all the nominees.
To add to this already impressive haul of nominations, Benchmark International has also been nominated for a further three awards at the upcoming Insider North West Dealmakers Awards and JCI Manchester Young Talent Awards.
The nominations are detailed below and both awards ceremonies will take place in Manchester, England during October and November, respectively:

Manchester Young Talent Award
Team of the Year (Benchmark International Deal Team)

Speaking about the recognition our US and UK operations have received, Chief Executive Officer Greg Jackson, said “These nominations are something we can all be truly proud of. As well as proving that our commitment to deal making is getting us noticed, both in the M&A industry and beyond, they also showcase our dynamic team – a team built on dedication to getting the deal done for our clients. It is both gratifying and humbling that our efforts have been recognized in this way.”
