International M&A specialist, Benchmark International, has successfully negotiated the sale of Advantone Inc. to IntelePeer Holdings Inc.
Advantone Inc is a CaaS (Communications as a Service) provider that pairs feature- rich Business Process Outsourcing technology with a consulting approach. Advantone is considered an industry leading, cloud contact center service-provider that works with various Fortune 500 clients. The company delivers a fully scalable, SaaS platform with Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Virtual Automated Call Distribution (VACD), Virtual Predicative Dialer (VPD), and cloud call routing business solutions.
IntelePeer is a provider of on-demand, cloud-based communications services that deliver high-quality HD voice, HD video and unified communications for businesses and contact centers.
