Benchmark International Facilitates the Transaction Between NISSCO and Excell Marketing

Benchmark International has successfully facilitated a common ownership transaction amidst NISSCO Restaurant Dealer Group and Excell Marketing and Procurement Group.

Scott Hunter, CEO and Owner of NISSCO, stated, “Our engagement with the Benchmark team was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every team member performed admirably with the utmost of professionalism, dedication and perseverance throughout the entire process. Unquestionably, we would not have consummated our transaction without their commitment to excellence and expertise.

Finding the ideal capital partner resulting in the best possible outcome is an overwhelming endeavor. Without Benchmark International our company would not have accomplished what their team did. Our company and our family will be forever grateful for their outstanding performance and the numerous benefits we have and will continue to realize.”

Benchmark International Senior Associate, Graham Woodard, added, “We were able to find the one buyer for our client in which it made the most sense for that group as a buyer, and our client as a seller. From the beginning, we were extremely hands on in putting this buyer and seller in touch. The buyer and seller have been competitors for years so it was a delicate situation. Benchmark was able to facilitate building a business relationship between the two in order to bring these companies together to the benefit of their customer bases.”
