BENCHMARK INTERNATIONAL NEGOTIATED THE SALE OF ACTION CONCRETE PUMPING, INC. TO BRUNDAGE-BONE CONCRETE PUMPING, INC.
Benchmark International has successfully negotiated the sale of Action Concrete Pumping, Inc. (“Action Concrete”) to Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping Inc. (“Brundage-Bone”), a portfolio company of Peninsula Pacific Strategic Partners, LLC. The transaction represents the strategic expansion of Brundage-Bone throughout the Southeast US and further consolidation of the concrete pumping industry.
Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Action Concrete is a full service concrete pumping company that specializes in residential and commercial concrete pumping and placement throughout the Southeast US. The primary locations served include Greenville, South Carolina; Asheville, North Carolina; Knoxville, Tennessee; Augusta, Georgia; and Birmingham, Alabama.
Action Concrete serves this market with a fleet consisting of 21 company-owned pump trucks and 10 smaller vehicles. This large fleet of truck mounted concrete pumps is capable of reaching lengths from 50 feet to 170 feet and pumping up to 270 cubic yards/h pump capacity. The fleet and white glove service of Action Concrete has led them to become a premier concrete pumping provider throughout the Southeast US.
Based in Denver, Colorado, Brundage-Bone is the leading provider of concrete-pumping services, providing its services to an extensive network of customers serving commercial, residential and infrastructure construction end-markets. The company employs approximately 550 people across the western, mountain, south-central and mid-west regions of the United States.
