Benchmark International Advises on the Sale of Henderson Site Services Ltd to Western Thermal Ltd
Benchmark International is delighted to announce the sale of Henderson Site Services Ltd to Western Thermal Ltd.
Henderson Site Services, trading as HSS and a subsidiary of N&S Holdings Ltd, operates UK-wide from its base in Blandon-on-Tyne. It is a mechanical and insulation contractor that fabricates, installs and modulates all manner of pipework systems, vessels and structures. It was originally formed as PSL in 1988 prior to a merger in 2009 with the site engineering division of Henderson Process Systems Ltd.
Western Thermal was established in 1985 and offers thermal insulation to the building services and industrial markets in the UK. The acquisition expands Western Thermal’s service offering and Henderson Site Services’ global outlook is in-line with Western Thermal’s growth strategy. This is a major strategic and earnings enhancing acquisition for the company, as it adds a further highly complementary skillset to Western Thermal’s already broad construction offering and also to the other industries it serves including pharmaceuticals, food processing, petrochemicals healthcare, leisure, and infrastructure.
